"We woke up this morning, and our whole den was dead. I tried resetting all the circuit breakers but got nothing. So, I called Gordon Forest, based on the previous review, at about 7:30 AM. He answered, listened to my explanation, explained his busy schedule, but said that he thought he could squeeze us in. He and his crew arrived early this afternoon, and within about 30 minutes he had not only correctly diagnosed the problem but fixed it. He was personable, professional, and thoughtful, and so were his 2 journeymen. What a relief it is to find a professional of this quality. I plan to use his services from now on and am grateful that we found him."
